I work one-on-one with clients to help them to build strength, improve mobility, and feel capable, without pain.

We work together to set exciting, yet realistic goals; and create a do-able plan to achieve them. Once we have their individualized plan, we implement the specific strategies that work for them. Throughout the process, we continue to assess and reevaluate as we go. This individualized feedback loop is how we reach their goals WITHOUT going to extremes.

Training Location

Training currently takes place at Archetype Strength (RTP).
(Lumley Road location; Near Angus Barn)

While this is a strength-focused gym, sessions are fully guided and tailored to you.

You won’t be left to figure things out on your own. I’ll walk you through everything step by step so you feel comfortable and confident.

I’m Dara!

I am a Certified Personal Trainer, and Online Health Coach. My goal is to help you to build strength and move without pain; by focusing on sustainable, intelligent workouts that support an active life.

You don’t need to push yourself to exhaustion or feel constant pain to get stronger and see lasting results. Consistent, mindful movement that supports your life is far more effective.
