To those who know me,

Many of you may know that I’ve been working in the coaching and wellness industry for over 12 years now. I’ve worked for gyms, as a trainer, in nutrition counseling, and as a coach. More recently, I’ve been working as a virtual health and fitness coach for an online company.


In 2021, I quietly started my ✨️own✨️ LLC, Dara Ellen Coaching, and have been building up my own virtual health and fitness coaching business. This has been the goal for a long time. I’m so excited that this is finally happening.


I’ve spent years struggling with my own health and fitness goals. I’ve struggled with gaining weight, emotional eating, binge eating, and over-restriction. I’ve had times when I’ve exercised too much, and times when I was terrified to step foot in a gym.


Creating a healthy, balanced lifestyle that works for you, and your goals, is actually really hard. Not only do we have to work fitness into our busy lives. But we also have to face our own fears around exercising, the gym, and the emotional impact of food and dieting.


Creating a healthy lifestyle is much more than just “eat right, and move more.” There are individual factors such as: our jobs, personality, hormones, likes/dislikes, and even dieting history to consider.


So I’m here to help women cut through the noise, reach their goals, and keep the weight off for life. I’m here to help women end the yo-yo diet cycle, and find a healthy lifestyle that works for them.


I offer virtual nutrition and fitness coaching, to help women reach their goals, from wherever they are.

I know many of you have seen me go through all of my phases in my own health journey. I am so grateful for those of you who have cheered me on when I was succeeding. And, also, those of you who stood by me when I wasn’t doing so well taking care of my own health and fitness.

I’m so thankful for those of you who have kindly encouraged me to eat, when I was skipping meals, and withering into an unhealthy low weight. And those of you who listened to me when I was ashamed after a night of binge eating. And those of you who went into the gym with me for the first time, so I wouldn’t be afraid. We all need people like that in our lives.

As a coach, I get to do all of that, plus more, for my clients. ✨️

After experiencing these highs and lows on my own, I know how debilitating and hopeless it can feel.

Just know you are not alone. There is hope. And things can be different. 💞
